Has my order been dispatched yet?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 5 working days, and sometimes sooner. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder just in case the email has been filtered there. If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us and we can provide real time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.
What is your returns policy?
Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Before sending anything back, please contact us so we can guide you through the correct return process.
I put the wrong address for my order. Can I change it?
If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your delivery address. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to change the address.
I ordered 2 or more items. Why did I only receive one?
When you order multiple items at the same time, they may be shipped separately because products can be dispatched from different warehouses.
This means you may receive one item before the others. Please do not worry if everything does not arrive together. The remaining items should still be on the way.
I need to cancel or change my order. How do I do this?
We always try our best to help with order changes and cancellations. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not already been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or change it.
My order is still not here. Can you help?
Yes. If your order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
We offer a Money Back Guarantee or can have your order resent depending on the situation and the status of your delivery.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing my order?
There is a good chance that our email may have ended up in your spam or junk folder, so please check there first.
If you still cannot find your confirmation email and would like it resent, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
I do not have a tracking number. When will I get it?
When you receive your dispatch email, you can contact us for an update on your tracking information.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and warehouse used for your order.
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments.
If your card was declined, please do not worry. Contact us and we will advise you on the next steps.
